Complaints procedure

Would you like to report a possible or actual violation, e.g. of environmental regulations, money laundering or tax evasion under the Whistleblower Protection Act or the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (human rights and environmental violations)?

Then please use the following channels:

•  By e-mail to compliance@fsmilch.de

•  If you would like to make a personal report, please make an appointment in advance by e-mail at
   compliance@fsmilch.de

•  Via the central contact for external reports under the Whistleblower Protection Act: the Federal Office of Justice
