Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte GmbH & Co. KG is a globally operating dairy products production and trading company.
The Fude + Serrahn Group was established in November of 2001 by two businessmen from Hamburg. Since then, the company has developed rapidly and successfully. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Hamburg and our dairy farms are spread throughout Germany and across Europe. The combination of a globally well-connected trading house and our own 10 production facilities for high-quality dairy products present numerous advantages for participating professionally in a rapidly changing market and achieving growth.
We work with a large team of dairy specialists in the fields of production, laboratory, and technology. This long-standing know-how and the passion to produce high-quality dairy products with sophisticated and innovative milk plant technology enable us to reliably fulfil individual customer wishes and offer them at an attractive price-performance ratio.
In addition, we process various raw materials into the final or intermediate product at our own production sites on a service production basis. The milk in the various forms of processing and sustainable production processes are our passion.
We attain increased flexibility on the market through our own tanker haulage with more than 100 of our own vehicles, the coordination of which takes place at our branch in Gransee and Velen.
With our production sites, we generate an annual turnover of over 2 billion euros and employ approximately 1200 people.
For us, it is important to meet individual customer requirements and always consider current issues of sustainability along with fair farming conditions.
